uTodo is a simple and handy program for managing to-do lists, based on the popular method GTD (Getting Things Done) by David Allen. The program's interface is clear and easy to use. You can add new tasks and navigate through them quite leisurely: tasks can be organized into groups and you can assign any of more than 70 icons to these groups. Tasks can also be easily transferred from one group to another. Each task can contain the following parameters: Priority (high, normal, low), tags, attached notes, and due date.
You can even put sticky notes about the tasks on your desktop. These can be customized to your liking, in terms of background color, transparency, title fonts, etc. The program also supports hotkey combinations for most functions. Unfortunately, in order to know them, you will have to read the online help file on the author's website as it is not included with the program.
Finally, you can also export your tasks to text files, HTML, or various database formats to be read by "uOrganized", another program from the same author.
